What is your Return Policy?

At Harbor and Hedge, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

In most cases we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging. 

  • Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items: Harbor and Hedge covers return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and no restocking fee applies. You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

Depending on the supplier, some items:

  • May only be returned within a shorter period (for example, 14 days from delivery); 
  • May require manufacturer authorization prior to return; 
  • May be eligible only for replacement rather than refund; or 
  • May be designated as final sale and not eligible for return except where required by law. 

Harbor and Hedge will communicate any such restrictions at the time of purchase. By placing an order, customers
acknowledge that certain products may be subject to supplier-specific return
conditions.

Product Description

Returns for this product (Teewing supplier terms): Teewing does not accept change-of-mind returns, including for unopened items. If your scooter arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If it has a serious quality defect, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery, provided it has not been used and the original packaging is intact; the defect is confirmed by inspection. Once a scooter has been used, or if the original packaging is missing or damaged, it cannot be returned and faults are resolved by supplying replacement spare parts. These terms replace our standard 30-day return policy for Teewing products. See our Return and Refund Policy.

X5 6000W Dual Motor Electric Scooter

The Teewing X5 6000W Dual Motor Electric Scooter is built for fast rides, long-distance commuting, and outdoor adventures. It features a dual motor system with two 3000W motors, a 60V 38Ah lithium battery, and a top speed of up to 55 mph.

Designed for stability, comfort, and control, the X5 includes 11-inch tubeless all-terrain tires, front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, front dual hydraulic shock absorption, rear mono damping, LED lighting, and a smart LCD display with multiple driving modes.

The Teewing X5 electric scooter is powered by a dual motor e scooter system with two 3000W motors, giving you a combined power of 6000W. This allows for exceptional acceleration, enabling riders to reach top speeds quickly. The dual motor system also makes the scooter capable of handling hills and inclines with ease, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable ride, even on challenging terrains.

Note: When climbing steep slopes or riding at speeds exceeding 40 mph, switch to Dual-Motor mode for maximum performance.

Multiple Driving Modes

Smart LCD Display provides Low/ Medium/ High 3 driving mode to meet your different demand and different road conditions. Eco/Turbo Mode or Single/Dual Motor Driving Model can be selected by pressing the switches on the handlebar.

Hydraulic Disc Brakes

160mm widened hydraulic disc brakes and electronic brakes provide ample stopping power even in the harshest conditions. Front and rear wheels use 11" hybrid pneumatic tires make riding comfortable, even on bump terrain.

Damping System

The X5 scooter equipped with front dual hydraulic shock absorption and rear mono damping system helps achieve stable riding for the 6000w e scooter.

Warranty: 12-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Quality-related issues are handled with replacement parts.
