What is your Return Policy?

At Harbor and Hedge, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

In most cases we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging. 

  • Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items: Harbor and Hedge covers return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and no restocking fee applies. You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

Depending on the supplier, some items:

  • May only be returned within a shorter period (for example, 14 days from delivery); 
  • May require manufacturer authorization prior to return; 
  • May be eligible only for replacement rather than refund; or 
  • May be designated as final sale and not eligible for return except where required by law. 

Harbor and Hedge will communicate any such restrictions at the time of purchase. By placing an order, customers
acknowledge that certain products may be subject to supplier-specific return

Delivery time for this product: the King GTR Max is an oversized item shipped by LTL freight. Shipment occurs within about 3 working days of payment, and freight delivery then takes 5–10 business days depending on distance — about 8–13 business days in total from order to delivery. Freight deliveries may need a scheduled appointment, so please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery.

The Kaabo King GTR Max is a high-performance dual motor electric scooter built for extreme off-road riding, long-range travel, and powerful all-terrain performance. It features dual 2000W motors, 13,440W peak power, a 72V 40Ah Samsung battery, and up to 124 miles of max range.

Designed for strength, control, and demanding rides, this scooter includes front and rear 160mm hydraulic disc brakes with EABS and four-piston calipers, motorcycle-style dual-stem front suspension, rear adjustable hydraulic shock absorption, and 100-55-7 CST puncture-resistant tubeless tires. It also features a TFT display, LED lighting system, motorcycle-grade electric horn, and a 330 lb max load capacity.

Kaabo electric scooters are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by component, with major components covered for 12–18 months and certain accessories for 6 months. Normal wear-and-tear items and damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, overloading, unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered.
