What is your Return Policy?

At Harbor and Hedge, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

In most cases we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging. 

  • Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items: Harbor and Hedge covers return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and no restocking fee applies. You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

Depending on the supplier, some items:

  • May only be returned within a shorter period (for example, 14 days from delivery); 
  • May require manufacturer authorization prior to return; 
  • May be eligible only for replacement rather than refund; or 
  • May be designated as final sale and not eligible for return except where required by law. 

Harbor and Hedge will communicate any such restrictions at the time of purchase. By placing an order, customers
acknowledge that certain products may be subject to supplier-specific return
conditions.

The Kaabo Urban is a lightweight electric scooter designed for city commuting, everyday rides, and easy storage. It features a streamlined ergonomic design with an aluminum frame, wider deck, reinforced handlebars, and a quick folding system for convenient transport.

Built with a 500W motor, 48V 10.4Ah battery, front and rear C-type spring shock absorbers, and 8.5 × 3.0 tubeless tires, this scooter offers a stable and practical ride for urban use. It supports up to 25 miles of range, 25 mph top speed, and a 220 lb load capacity.

Warranty

Kaabo electric scooters are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by component, with major components covered for 12–18 months and certain accessories for 6 months. Normal wear-and-tear items and damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, overloading, unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered.
