At Harbor and Hedge, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

In most cases we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
• Defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items: Harbor and Hedge covers return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and no restocking fee applies. You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
  

Depending on the supplier, some items:

• May only be returned within a shorter period (for example, 14 days from delivery);
• May require manufacturer authorization prior to return;
• May be eligible only for replacement rather than refund; or
• May be designated as final sale and not eligible for return except where required by law.

Harbor and Hedge will communicate any such restrictions at the time of purchase. By placing an order, customers
acknowledge that certain products may be subject to supplier-specific return
conditions.
