At Harbor and Hedge, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

In most cases we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in original packaging.

Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items: Harbor and Hedge covers return shipping. We will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you, and no restocking fee applies. You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

Depending on the supplier, some items:

May only be returned within a shorter period (for example, 14 days from delivery);
May require manufacturer authorization prior to return;
May be eligible only for replacement rather than refund; or
May be designated as final sale and not eligible for return except where required by law.
